Fast forward a few decades, and running has taken me from collegiate and professional racing to coaching rockstar humans around the world — like you.
Today, I’m the founder of LDR Coaching (Coaching for Long Distance Runners) and create premium running content for iFIT on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion machines. I coach runners of all ages and abilities—from Girls on the Run and elite NCAA Division I programs to moms, dads, and masters athletes balancing big goals with busy lives.
